The 2018 Mushroom season is shaping up beautifully. Long, cool nights and enough rain the keep the soil moist. Adam will take you for a drive into the pine forests and will teach you the difference between edible and not-so-pleasant mushrooms. We will primarily be after Pine and Slippery Jack mushrooms. Once back at Bress, we will adjourn for a 3-course mushroom-inspired lunch. This is a great day for those who want to embrace living off the land. Limited places
