Bress Cider is unique, crafted from 100% cider apples across nine different varieties – grown solely on the biodynamically farmed Bress property. Our tribute to the great Ciders of Normandy but with a taste that is idiosyncratic to what we do at Bress.
The nine different varieties of cider apple that are blended to produce Bress Cider are:
Sweet Alford: 32%, Kingston Black: 23%, Bulmers Norman: 13%, Somerset Red Streak: 9%, Improved Foxwelp: 7%, Michelin: 6%, Dabinett: 5%, Stoke Red: 3%, Yarlington Mill: 2%
