Our Pinots are regular favourites with our Bress family, and this one is no exception. 2018 was a lovely, even growing season, yielding fruit with excellent sugar, acid and flavour balance. That meant we could use a large percentage of whole bunches in the ferments, bringing an ethereal character to the wine. Rich with cherry, spice and strawberry characters, our 2018 Pinot Noir is an immensely drinkable example of this noble variety.
