As vintage 2019 draws to a close Adam invites a small group to join him for an intimate dinner. Meeting in the winery and over a glass of Champagne, Adam will discuss the vintage past. We’ll look at some ferments of the 2018 and ‘19 wines, then head to the barrel shed for a long 5–course dinner featuring the best of the Bress museum wines and some international drops of high regard that we use to benchmark our Bress style.
