Grown at two vineyards in the Mount Macedon Ranges – one of the coolest sites in the coolest grape growing region on the Australian mainland. The wine offers plum and cherries intergrated with char and spice oak both as an aroma and forming a palate of seamless interplay.
Food Friends: Wild mushroom risotto, pan fried veal and of course… roast duck.
