We are very proud to host this event, for we take the provenance of our ingredients very seriously.  Steve Clifford, our brilliant Castlemaine Butcher, is coming to Bress with a full lamb carcass.  He will spend the morning explaining the current state of the Australian meat industry and other tidbits while breaking down the animal, so guests gain a complete understanding of where your lamb comes from.

Lunch will be a 3- and probably 4-course affair using the cuts from the morning’s session.  A wonderous day for those that appreciate great meat.

$120 per adult all-inclusive and no children-under-16-friendly
