Our Cellar Door is open for tastings and sales from 11.00am to 5.00pm from Friday to Sunday, on Public Holidays and other times by chance.

Bress Property Tours

Join us every Saturday and Sunday* at midday for a ‘Taste of the Bress Life’

Wander with us through our kitchen garden and hot houses to gain an insight into what we like to refer to as ‘living well’.

Check on the progress of our vineyard and orchard as we enter into Vintage 2018.

Complete your experience with an extensive tasting in the Bress Winery, including barrel samples.

$15 per person, redeemable on purchases over $120 at Cellar Door.

Eating

From Spring to Autumn we welcome you for lunch on weekends at The Bresstaurant.

At Bress we want you to feel like we’ve welcomed you to our home for lunch so dining at the Bress Kitchen is a shared table experience, with food served in the same manner. Fresh, quality ingredients, cooked simply is our cooking philosophy.

Spring 2017 has seen the return of our traditional 3 course lunches, as we team up with Hal, Kathryn and the sensational crew from Colenso in Kyneton.

Lunch at Bress is about celebrating the seasons, utilising the produce grown in our very own Kitchen Gardens and the very best of our local producers.   Our menu changes weekly, inspired by what has been harvested, but always consists of a shared tasting plate, followed by a main from the wood-fired oven and a sweet treat to finish.

$60 per person, including free access to our ‘Taste of the Bress Life’ tour at midday, with lunch served at 1pm.

Children have the option of having a half serve of the adult’s meal for $30 or pizza and ice cream for $15.

Bress is still able to cater very well for those who are gluten intolerant and vegetarian, but offerings for other dietary restrictions are extremely limited due to the structure of our menu and our limited kitchen space.

Winemaker Weekends

Our Winemaker Weekends are held once a month, with Adam Marks taking the reins for both days over the weekend.   Each month celebrate a different aspect of ‘The Bress Life’ and incorporate a long lazy lunch with some ‘extracurricular activities’.  For more information on our Winemaker Weekends, click here.

 

Group Tastings

Due to the limited space of our Cellar Door and the experience we want to offer larger numbers of visitors at Bress, we provide a different service to groups of 8 or more people.

Groups can choose from 1 of 2 options:

 

The Bress Silver Experience

The Bress Silver Experience commences with a guided tour of the Bress gardens and winery.  Guests are then guided through the winemaking process and professional tasting techniques whilst tasting 5 selections from our Silver Chook range of wines.

Approx 45 minutes

$15.00 per person

Includes Bress Gently Sparkling Mineral Water

 

The Bress Gold Experience

The Bress Gold Experience commences with a guided tour of the Bress gardens and winery.  Guests are then guided through the winemaking process and professional tasting techniques whilst tasting our entire Gold Chook range of wines and a selection of our Silver Chook – all in premium Reiner Burgundy glasses.

We also serve a selection of cheese and smallgoods to enjoy whilst conducting the tasting.

Approx 60 minutes

$30.00 per person

Includes Bress Gently Sparkling Mineral Water
