A qualified viticulturist and winemaker with more than 25 years’ experience, Adam has made wine throughout the world for both large and small producers. Disillusioned with large corporate winemaking, Adam established Bress in 2001 with his wife Lynne Jensen with a desire to produce wines from fruit sourced from notable viticultural regions, using a minimal intervention approach in the winery. Adam is an entertaining character and his passion for wine, cider and sustainable farming is evident in all that he does. If you are lucky enough to visit Bress when Adam is offering a tour and barrel tasting it will be an experience you won’t forget!

Nevada is our resident guru in the dark arts of S & M. After making her way in the world of corporate education marketing, NJ fell head over heels for the hospitality industry and restaurant management. This is turn, ignited her passion for the wine industry and after several years with one of Australia’s biggest producers, NJ brought a remarkable scope of experience to the Bress team.
Vineyard and Property Manager
Chris has one of the most important jobs at Bress. He looks after the Bress vineyard and orchard and works with our growers to ensure we have the best fruit possible for our wines and ciders. Chris is a qualified viticulturist with over 15 years’ experience working in different viticultural regions around Australia. He is passionate about sustainable viticulture and farming and enjoys seeing the fruits of his labours crafted into wines and ciders that reflect a sense of place.
