We welcome visitors to our cellar door and the Bress Kitchen at our property in happening, happy Harcourt!

Our seasonal weekend lunches alternate between Osteria-style casual dining, our traditional 3 course lunch and special events

Our Products

Wine | Cider | Produce
Bress wines are produced from grapes that have been grown using biodynamic farming practices.  This fruit is then handcrafted to reflect the varietal characters and the sense of place that each parcel of fruit expresses.

Our wine philosophy is simple..

  • In short, our winemaking is very simple and it all starts in the vineyard. Good quality fruit, picked at flavour ripeness, is fermented and gently cared for, with minimal intervention , through its journey from vineyard/orchard to bottle.

Finding Bress

Finding Bress is easy and is only a short 80 minute drive from Melbourne.

You can even catch the train and arrange for us to collect you from the  Castlemaine station.

Or if you’re feeling ultra motivated, you can ride out to see us too like these crazy kids do each year.
